Terms of Sale
Freight Charges:
Prices quoted herein are for bulk, domestic packaging, FOB Mount Vernon, WA. Shipping, additional insurance beyond that normally provided by the carrier, brokerage, customs and special packaging are the responsibility of the purchaser. Freight and related charges are non-discountable.
Payment Terms:
Authorized dealers are billed for all charges on open account credit upon credit approval. All credit is subject to approval from Stealth Acoustics’ credit department.
COD Terms:
A dealer wishing to receive shipments COD must complete and submit a credit application if a company check is to be used. Without a prior COD approval from Stealth Acoustics, COD orders will require cash or money orders.
Prompt Pay Discount:
Open accounts receive a 5% discount if paid within 20 days, Net 30 from date of invoice. (N/A on freight charges or distribution orders.)
Taxes:
All prices stated above do not include taxes of any kind. Taxes will be added whenever applicable. Retail certificates must be filed with Stealth Acoustics.
Return Policy:
Replacement of defective product is invoiced upon shipment and credit is issued in the form of a credit memo upon receipt of defective product. No cash refunds and no invoice deductions will be extended without a credit memo.
Claims:
Upon acceptance in good order by a carrier from Stealth Acoustics, all products become the property of the consignee. All claims for damage, whether concealed or obvious, shortage, or loss must be made by the cosigner in accordance with ICC regulations within 15 days of receipt of order.
